Rock Island – Milan School District #41 is celebrating significant gains on the 2025 Illinois Report Card, with five schools improving their accountability designations! The district also made notable progress in reducing chronic absenteeism and discipline incidents, reflecting the dedication and hard work of our teachers, staff, and families.

We will have boxes at all entrances. Please help us fill the boxes!! Tomorrow we are asking all students and staff to bring at least one jar of peanut butter. Help us fill those boxes one last time!!

Congratulations to junior Elliot Batz, who qualified for this weekend's IHSA State 3A Cross Country Meet in Peoria by finishing 6th overall in the Normal Community High School Sectional this past Saturday.

Students who are taking the fan bus to Galesburg today. No backpacks or bags will be allowed on the bus. If you have one that you need to take home for the weekend you will be able to store it in the Athletic Office after school and pick it up on our return from Galesburg.

For all FRESHMAN AND SOPHOMORE girls interested in playing basketball this season, there will be a meeting with Coach Randle on THURSDAY, OCTOBER 30th at 3:25 in the girls gym to go over pre-season paperwork. Please make sure you are there to pick up any needed paperwork. Tryouts for all girls basketball players is Monday and Tuesday, November 3rd and 4th.
