During the January 13th, 2026, Rock Island-Milan School District Board of Education meeting, 22 scholars were recognized as Illinois Student Assistance Commission (ISAC) scholars. The scholars were selected based on a combination of ACT or SAT scores earned by the end of junior year, sixth-semester unweighted GPA, and class rank.
