Rock Island High School counselor Julie Churchill was recognized at the 2023 Illinois School Counselor Association (ISCA) Conference.
She was one of 15 other counselors across the state who were Counselor of the Year Honorees.
Julie was nominated for going above and beyond in her role to help students daily.
