While high schoolers are completing the SAT and PSAT exams the girls' soccer team volunteered their time on the days they were not testing.
They gave their day off to lead soccer clinics at the district's elementary schools during PE classes. On Wednesday, April 13, five players returned back to their elementary school alma mater to host a soccer clinic, Earl Hanson Elementary School.
The purpose is to support the soccer program in the community and empower females throughout the school district.
For Earl Hanson students it was fun to have PE class taught by students they can look up to. It also gives them the opportunity to start thinking about athletic programs they might want to join at an early age.
