Tom Sigel - During twenty years at Rock Island, Coach Sigel guided teams to ten Western Big 6 titles, 12 Regional Championships, two Sectional Championships, and in 2011 won the IHSA State Championship. Sigel came to Rock Island after six years as head coach at his alma mater high school in Rock Falls, Illinois. Rock Falls High School was his first head coaching opportunity where he won 127 games and lost just 52. In 1999 his Rock Falls “Rockets” won the Class A State Championship. When he was enticed away to come to Rock Island he left as the all-time winningest coach in Rock Falls history.
