FAFSA Completion (Graduation Requirement)
FAFSA Completion Graduation Requirement
The Illinois State Board of Education has added completion of the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) as a graduation requirement.
However, if students choose to opt out of completing the FAFSA, they must complete the FAFSA Non-Completion Form from the Illinois State Board of Education and return it to Rock Island High School.

Did you graduate in 2021 or after?
Current and future Rock Island High School graduates (2020 & beyond) will go to Parchment.com to set-up an account to make transcript requests. Go to Parchment.com to set up account or make a transcript request >>
Did you graduate 2020 or before?
Anyone that graduated from Rock Island High School in 2019 or before will need to make transcript requests by contacting Theresa Terronez by phone (309) 793-5950 ext. 52003 or by email [email protected].
When emailing about a transcript request, please include:
- Your name at time of graduation.
- Year of graduation.
- Name and address/email address of where the transcript should be sent.
